Provide your employees with identity cards including your company name, employee photograph and any contact information. The same cards can be used to log onto the Epos Till software. The cards are easy to produce and inexpensive. Restaurants and takeaways that deliver food in the evenings and later should provide their delivery drivers with ID cards. The cards are plastic and produced by high resolution printers to the same standard and size as credit cards. Unlike encapsulated cards they are tamper proof, long lasting and professional looking.

Free Software

We provide you with 'Rapid Card', which is a program for your own computer.  It is both a program and a database.  It can hold your card design-which we create for you according to your specifications. It is also free to download and use.  We design the cards for free. There is no minimum order to use the service.

The cards are tamper-proof, high quality and long lasting. They have the following features as standard: Logos, personal details, signatures, photographs, fixed text, barcodes etc.

A range of advanced features: 

• Photo with the logo running through the background, making the fraudulent substitution of the photograph impossible.
• Ghost photo: the same photograph as the main one but a different size and ‘ghosted’.
• Barcodes either standard or 2D with selectable colour background making them difficult to photo copy.
• Over the edge printing:  inferior bureaus use printers that have a thin white line on the edge spoiling designs that require full colour.

For the ultimate in security at a small additional cost select a holographic overlay. The overlay does not compromise your design but turn it slowly in the light to see the design change. This ensures the card cannot be altered without destroying the data and hologram.

This is how using our bureau service works:

The design, photo, magnetic strips, logo, signatures and any other features are included in the price.  You just set up an account with us and top it up by however much is needed.  When you send an order via your software, the cost of the card is automatically deducted from your account.       

We can do a design for you.  Once your card design template has been copied into the software by us, you can then use your Rapid Card software at your end to prepare cards by entering the name, photo, job title etc.  You can get the photo on your screen by using a digital camera, take a photo of the member of staff; and then transfer it to the computer etc.
