Stock Control Systems

• Software allows delivery notes to be easily checked against orders produced on the system
• Software has the facilitate for digital delivery notes
• When stock is delivered you can input new stock levels for existing products and then enter new products onto the system
• Stock Item description page contains – Item description / Barcode / Category selection / Supplier or suppliers / Cost price / Margin Calculator / Retail Price excluding Vat / If vat Y/N with default to no / Final Retail Price
• A separate page to enter category for products – Washing powders / Sweets / Wine etc
• Suppliers adding and editing
• Items like tinned pet food may have the same description but have different price marks and barcodes – no duplicates
